UAE Shipping

Delivery Time

We deliver across the UAE within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping for orders above AED 300. For orders below AED 300, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Courier Partners

Our UAE orders are handled by reliable local courier partners, including Aramex and other trusted UAE courier services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Coverage Areas

We deliver to all Emirates within the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

International Shipping

Egypt

We also offer shipping to Egypt. International delivery times and shipping costs vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders to Egypt, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
